LAI Lean Academy® Kit
For experienced educators and lean experts who wish to use the
educational curriculum materials of the LAI Lean Academy in university classes
and training courses. This kit contains soft copies of all materials used in
the academy, most in their native (editable) format.
The LAI Lean Academy® Course
is a
hands-on introduction to lean and six sigma fundamentals for manufacturing,
engineering, office and supply chain applications. Materials were developed by
LAI EdNet faculty and practitioners. Participants learn how to eliminate waste
to create value for all enterprise stakeholders. A Lego® enterprise
simulation helps participants apply tools and concepts in a team situation.
